Submit

The following sections outline the different categories of the call for submissions to IMAC 2012, as well as the proposal and submission procedure. All submissions are done anonymously through an EasyChair conference submission form. If you wish to make an artistic submission, please go to the re-new 2012 submission page.

Proposals

Submission is done as a proposal in the following categories and subcategories, and must take the form of an abstract of maximum 2 pages. The submission must be made through IMAC 2012s EasyChair portal by March 1 2012:

Final submission

Upon notification by May 1 2012, final presentation in one of the following formats must be submitted by July 1 2012. Full paper submissions must use IMAC 2012s template, which will be made available on this website by March 1 2012:

  • Full Paper: 6-8 pages
  • Posters: 3-4 pages
  • Demo: Physical presentation and abstract

Important dates

This is an overview of the above process, as well as the subsequent steps of final reviewer comments and the registration to IMAC 2012:

  • March 1: Proposals: abstracts for full papers, posters and demos deadline
  • May 1: Acceptance notification
  • July 1: Full papers, posters and demos deadline
  • September 15: Comments from the review process
  • September 20: Early bird payment deadline
  • October 5: Final revisions, full papers and abstracts deadline
  • November 10: Payment for delegates deadline
  • November 19: Opening of re-new / IMAC 2012
